Description

What is Femodene and Femodene ED?

Femodene is an oral contraceptive pill used to prevent pregnancies. It is available as Femodene and Femodene ED. Femodene is a 21-day pill, meaning you should take a pill every day for the next 21 days, followed by 7-day pill-free break. Femodene ED is a 28-day pill which means you should take a pill every day for the next 28 days. Gestodene and ethinylestradiol are the two active ingredients in Femodene and Femodene ED. Their role is to prevent ovulation during menstruation. Each pill has the same dose of these two active ingredients, which is why it is referred to as a monophasic combined pill.

How Does Femodene and Femodene ED Work?

Femodene ED helps prevent pregnancies in a number of ways by stopping the release of eggs from the ovaries. In addition, cervix mucus is thickened, which prevents the penetration of sperms into the womb The pill also prevents the womb lining from thickening and thus prevents an egg from penetrating.
